So many of you know Bob Croom with his years of teaching and sport - he has helped so many young people. Bob leads on the thriving Wool Youth club and helps us on Zoom and in Wareham sessions and undertakes some one to one work . Seen here with a Wool young leader, Bob's so modest and dependable and quietly just makes things happen - we're so glad he is with us.

We are delighted that Mia Murray has just joined us part time and will be supporting youth clubs in Wool and Outreach and some Walk and Talk work. With a degree in psychology and previous work with young people, Mia brings much to the role and is enjoying the youth work training. Some of you will know her already from her work in getting the new skatepark in Wool.
Alan Horton is a very valued volunteer who runs the Not so Youth group, supports several youth club sessions in person and online across Wool and Wareham and supports our activities. His long experience in running Scouts groups and enabling activities for young people shines through. He has put up boards, gazebos, cleared areas, painted and so much more. We and our youth club members would love another volunteer like Alan!. Thank you, Alan, for all you do so enthusiastically.
Louise Fontana covers our administration and finances.
Louise is also a qualified Youth Support Worker working many hours undertaking Outreach in Wareham and Swanage, Walk and Talk in schools, and some One to One work with young people and Youth club sessions.
Louise has a large amount of knowledge covering Special Education Needs , Counselling, Youth work, Psychology of Children, and Children's trauma and bereavement. Louise joined PYCF in 2017 and is a wonderful member of our small but strong team . Thank you Louise!.
Su Evans is one of our part-time Youth Support Workers and undertakes Outreach in Wareham and Swanage, Walk and Talk in schools, and some one to one work with young people. Su has also supported training our young volunteers and residentials. Su ran the CAB young people's Money Matters Skills each Wednesday lunchtime prior to Covid. Su has a Bsc in Psychology, a Certificate in Counselling skills, Foundation in Diadic Development Psychology. Su is a qualified personal trainer and a boxercise instructor who takes a holistic approach to enabling wellbeing. Our members loved that she completed all the physical challenges with them on the residentials!
Ro King is one of our Youth Support workers who works full time with us supporting the running of Wool and Corfe Castle open access youth provision.
He runs some Walk and Talk sessions in some local schools and some of you will have met him in the summer when we ran our summer activities . He also undertakes some direct one to one work with young people and has been out taking part in our outreach work.
Ro had worked in other youth clubs and schools before joining us 21 months ago .Ro is full of energy and loves activities. Thank you Ro!
Mark Lapper is one of our Trustees and as Treasurer plays a crucial role . Mark also brings Health and Safety and management experience into our organisation and still finds time to support some open access youth club sessions . Some of you will know Mark from the other organisations he supports and this helps us join up in our Community. Thank you Mark!
Jacquie Hall provides invaluable behind the scenes support to our admin arrangements and fundraising, being the Town crier and involved in many Wareham activities is good at letting people know about us, Thank you Jacquie!
Lucy will be in the Wareham club Monday evenings with the years 7 and 8 . Lucy is interested in dance, art and the environment. Lucy is also undertaking some one to one links and does some teaching.
Maddie has recently joined us and will be supporting the year 6 evening . She helped us in our Easter activities and some of you have met her in the Wool youth club . Maddie is just completing her degree and is looking forward to spending more time with us .
Andy has experience of fostering and mentoring young people and is undertaking some one-to-one work with PYCF
